Cancellation Policy
At 612 Pets, we know that life happens—sometimes as fast as a zoomie! However, because we dedicate specific time to give your critter (big or small!) the specialized care they deserve, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy. 1. Notice Period 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Farm & Exotic Care: For larger animals (horses, livestock) or specialized exotic care, we prefer 48 hours' notice whenever possible due to the extra prep time involved. 2. Fees Early Cancellation: No charge! If you cancel before the 24-hour window, we look forward to seeing you next time. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-Show: If we arrive for a scheduled visit and cannot access your pet, or if you do not show up for an appointment, the full service fee will apply. 3. Emergency Situations We are pet lovers first. We understand that true emergencies (human or animal) occur. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis. 4.
